Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort - Zhangzha Town

The king room was spacious and well laid out.

The air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted by guests, frustrating. Despite being promised comfort, the bathroom's sanitary ware didn't meet Hilton's usual standards. There was no transportation offered from this hotel.

WiFi was very effective. It is not far from the airport...

Great spot for groups

The hotel sits right at the foot of the mountains and you wake up to that view every single day which is just fine. Service was great they had an amazing breakfast buffet with a mix of western and eastern dishes that kept us going for our hiking adventures.

It wasn't cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

Prepare for amazing mornings as you overlook majestic mountains from your room. The spacious King Room comes with a luxurious bathtub, and the breakfast buffet features a good array of both eastern and western dishes. Really good staff provide attentive service!

Fine Views and Really good Service

I had a fantastic two-night stay that was highlighted by amazing views of the snowy mountains from my spacious King Room with a luxurious bathtub. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of both eastern and western dishes, perfect for fueling our hiking adventures. The staff, especially Mr Wu, were attentive and ensured our needs were met with great professionalism.

The hilton provided excellent in-room breakfast and a variety of healthy menu options in their restaurants. The staff was attentive and friendly .

Waking up to the majestic view of snowy mountains was unbeatable! Our King Room was spacious and elegantly designed, with a relaxing lounge area by the window. The kids' club was a hit, but air conditioning was tricky to control.

It was just a good pick for an overnight stop in Zhangzha Town with value for money. The spacious room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was comfortable for resting after a long day. Bring snacks if you need a late-night bite since there's no in-house dining available after hours.

The King Room was spacious and offered a fine view of the garden and snowy mountain. Breakfast included both western and eastern dishes, ideal to kickstart the day. Staff were professional and eager to accommodate our requests 🌄

the saunas were out of order. however, the views from the room were stunning, the breakfast included delightful local dishes, and the staff were attentive in meeting our needs.

Really good service. The homemade dishes at breakfast were a good start to the day, and the staff's attentiveness, especially from Mr Andy Wu. I did find the location a bit isolated as many nearby restaurants were still closed, and the air conditioning could have been more easily controlled for comfort.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by attentive staff who swiftly checked me in and escorted me to my room. the room was spacious and boasted breathtaking views of the surrounding gardens and mountains. the in-room amenities were luxurious, and the private facilities added to my exclusive experience. the restaurant served delectable dishes, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. the garden area provided a lovely spot for picnics and relaxation.

The only minor issue I experienced was the heavy internal door, which was inconvenient to open and close. this did not detract from my overall experience.

The hotel is new and clean with a spacious room and amazing view of a garden and snowy mountain. the professional staff provided great service and were very responsive to our requests. the hotel's lounges next to the window were a great spot for relaxation and unwinding.

The buffet dinner was disappointing with cold, stale hot food and seafood that wasn't fresh. the air-con mode control was not available in the room causing some discomfort.
